Cancellation Policy

At Body & Sole, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small independent business, late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the treatment cost
  • Missed appointments without notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full treatment cost still payable

 

We completely understand that genuine emergencies happen and will always consider these with care and understanding.
