Reiki is a gentle hands on healing that lets universal energy flow through your body, gently releasing any physical, emotional or mental blockages whilst re-balancing your body.
Using traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, a treatment can help to treat aches and pains, illnesses and diseases. It is deeply relaxing and energising and leaves a wonderful feeling of wellbeing.

On request, to aid the energy healing further, crystals can be placed on each of the main chakras of the body to help them to unblock, balance and function more efficiently.

Reiki Training
Training can be given on site to take you through all the Reiki levels. It can be taught on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
Courses are 4-6 hours plus ongoing training as required. Refreshments, manual and certificates included plus access to our quarterly Reiki Shares.
